Cons

Everything but weekly pay and full remote. Do not come work for this company if you value "employee experience" It is sickening to see Aurea post anything on LinkedIn about remote work, employee satisfaction, etc. They do layoffs all the time, and they couldn't care less about work-life balance. It is a burn-and-churn model, for everyone.

This place is very cut and dry on what it says it is. Clear objectives and metrics. If you are in leadership you will learn a lot about setting up and running a business machine. I enjoyed learning this from the CEO and other leaders the most.

Cons

Company can change direction quickly so be ready to adapt and continue to soak up the learnings.

- Executive and leadership team has extremely low empathy. - Except couple of leaders, all of them are $$ driven and have zero empathy towards workforce. - Don't confuse this with their intelligence, most of them are extremely smart, but company culture has zero respect for contractors. my
