Pros
Generous PTO Ability to work from home with equipment provided.
Cons
Compensation- regardless of your time with the company when bonuses were removed and pay increased. Those who have been there 6+ years are still only earning the same things as a new hire off the street. No opportunities for advancement Poor Supervisors and management- they have no idea how to treat employees and should not have these roles. Bad scheduling- people who have no idea of the department or what a position entails are scheduling your breaks and lunches. less than willing to assist and accommodate the smallest changes. They'll extend your lunch by 7 minutes to avoid any overtime. If you miss any time that has not been previously scheduled, you get penalized for it, they take your PTO to cover it, and they still expect you to make up the missing time.
