      Decent coworkers but management is horrid

      Pros

      The ability to work from home is definitely a plus, and the people working at the agent level around you are usually very good coworkers to have around.

      Cons

      The management is awful. They don't seem to care about anyone who works under them, not even the supervisors, and they lack even basic communication most of the time. The company's motto seems to be "do more with less" and that seems to mean that they want to put as much pressure on the employees they have and push more and more duties onto them without any increase in pay or benefits, and without proper or ongoing training. Employees are expected to tow the corporate line while also ignoring all of the abuse and neglect from the corporate end.

      Pros

      Co-workers are dedicated and all around fantastic people. The horrible environment led me to make a change that has been very fulfilling and rewarding.

      Cons

      The culture is horrible. Leadership is vindictive and chooses favorites. If you are a friend of Executive Leadership you are considered valuable, if you are not in the Executive Leadership clique you are deemed not a team player and not valuable. The current Executive Leadership is incompetent and ruining the company.
