There are some very knowledgeable and loyal staff. Brass management vision and intent seems honorable especially in regards to employee perks and culture.

Cons

Brass management is aloof and disconnected from the ground. Departments are insanely silo-ed and riddled with power struggles especially in the technology and corporate units which were reorganized. The Peter principle is in full effect.. upper management is mostly unqualified and promoted or hired or retained without fully vetting their experience relevant to their position.
