Pros
A growing company, with potential to do well. They are doing a lot of things right and maintain a good customer focus. They seem to have a lot of social opportunities if you are into that.
Cons
Still trying to figure out who they are. Shortly after bringing the various lines of business under one obscure name and touting it as one company, they completed another acquisition and maintained it as a separate division, moving the Aureon branch under the acquired name. So much for becoming one happy family. Recognizing my own career path headed for a dead end, asked for training opportunities and was denied. Annual Benefits Enrollments reveal the latest cost cutting measures as benefits become less and less attractive.
