      Great company with a great culture and awesome teammates.

      Cons

      The small company size means moving around to different contracts can be quite difficult and limits growth.

      Love working here and what we are building. Management is great they do not micro manage at all and there is a great work life balance.

      Cons

      There are yearly raises but not that much of an increase roughly 1.5%.
