      - Consistent and transparent communication with employees - Corporate staff works hard to keep employees happy and challenged - Provide opportunities to improve careers through learning opportunities/grants, education reimbursement, and professional certification reimbursement programs. - Solid benefits package - Regular equity evaluations and merit raises - Willingness to invest in employee futures

      Cons

      - Most work is as a sub-contractor which can make Boecore feel like a distant entity - Little opportunity for early career engineers - Very little opportunity for internal research and development projects.

      Pros

      This company is a smaller company and the middle and upper management take a sincere interest in their employees and moral. The HR department is top notch and make in-processing and out-processing smooth. Salaries are competitive and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      The range of job types that the company supports are currently limited. They fill roles such as system and network administrators for DOD contracts. They have begun to acquire roles in software development recently.
