      Good in Domain, Zero in Process

      Pros

      A good company to gain strong banking domain knowledge. Gives good salary and adequate hike. Gives free lunch. Might get onsite opportunity for a 1 week or 2 depending on project.

      Cons

      Follows no process. Majority people work on weekends. Functions are held once in 3 years. Old technology
