Good to improve your domain knowledge Location of the company is good.

Cons

Bad culture. No respect for employees. - Employee work life balance is not considered at all. Will rate the company very low on ethics and values. Unethical work practices when comes to competing with rivals.

It is very hard to fine one - maybe the sweatshop like environment of the office, you don't feel you are in a listed software company.

Cons

The company has no vision for growth and what they do has no long term alignment with anything what so ever. They do tie up with product companies, unsuccessfully try to market their produts, hire people to work on the implementation of these products and when the plan goes nowhere because of incomepetencies of the management and poorly laid out plans, lose the hired staff within months of hiring, sometime as soon as a month. Such treatment and callous disregard for the career of others is criminal to say the least.

Nothing is good..HR policies are different for each and every person..like notice period..salary hike..

Cons

Everything is bad..poor management..no salary hike..salary increment only for Chamcha employee..as per market value management think employees is useless even working very hard.
