No work life balance. Regular work on weekends. Need to available 24X7. Technical Team always prefer 10-12 year old technologies. Great place for uncles to settle down. Politics from TL, Manager, Associate Director No compensation for extra work on weekends No appreciation for work. Low appraisal compared to work done

1. Free Lunch 2. Good Office space 3. Work life balance in some projects 4. No salary cut/ No job loss in COVID-19. 5. Good for freshers

Cons

1. Worst technical stacks , if you are java developer. Still ages old technology stacks. Architects are not interested to move to new technologies. 2. Salary not on time, now people are getting salary in mid of the month(i.e.- 15/16 th of the month) 3. Bad language based unhealthy politics are present in this company. 4. Some senior level people do micro managements like anything.
