      Pros

      I don't see any good reason to choose aurionpro over other companies.It should be taken as a last resort.However if you are a fresher and looking to start a career this one is good but not for thorough professionals who know their job better than his managers.

      Cons

      Everything that i know about this company is only negative.The junior level guys are not happy with their managers as they are more knowledgeable and professional than them.Don't know how to treat their co-worker.Lot of butt licking and kissing.if you are good at it you can retire from this company.Over all its an unprofessionally managed company with some good clients.I hope the Sr.mgmt wakes up.

      Managers are more than developers Lack of talented lead people some of Project Managers are neddy fellow flexible work timing

      Cons

      Managers are not behaving well clients have no problems but managers are showing so many work to the management not required more developers but managers are asking resource

      Pros

      Survival is easy and lots of challenges ahead if you are really a hard working animal.

      Cons

      Lots of work and no comp off given if you come on weekend. Very difficult to switch your job once you are trapped there. Poor compensation. Getting an onsite opportunity is totally based on how good you are in butt licking of your boss.
