      Not very happy, staying in the company. Not worth putting years of hardwork and dedication.

      Pros

      This is a awesome company to work with only if you have realtives in the company or someone at a senior position. You will never be on bench and also you will have the best salary irrespective of the rate you get from the client.

      Cons

      Actually in US there is no such thing as performance review, If you are on bench then u dont get paid period, and if you are not on bench and if u get a good rate you are still paid beased on ur experience. (Which I think is not fair.).

      * Excellent product portfolio. * Good crowd. * Robust banking domain oriented culture. * Good for learning banking technologies.

      Cons

      * Poor management * No so well increments * Poor mid managers. * Culture and Identity crisis as aurionPro has acquired series of companies and products. * Experienced people don't stay longer in company. * Freshers are locked in for two years and work for peanuts.

      Pros

      It is very hard to fine one - maybe the sweatshop like environment of the office, you don't feel you are in a listed software company.

      Cons

      The company has no vision for growth and what they do has no long term alignment with anything what so ever. They do tie up with product companies, unsuccessfully try to market their produts, hire people to work on the implementation of these products and when the plan goes nowhere because of incomepetencies of the management and poorly laid out plans, lose the hired staff within months of hiring, sometime as soon as a month. Such treatment and callous disregard for the career of others is criminal to say the least.
