Noting much just local IT company.

Cons

Managers: Some managers are from a management background, so they don't know about technologies and forcing us to complete the task on time. Some managers licking the feet of their supervisors, boz they want to hide, their lack of knowledge. Finance: poor management of the finance department, alway salary delay.
