      No Pros at all as such, only thing which comes in mind is only decent appraisal than any service based companies

      Cons

      Lots of office colleague level politics Negative and disgusting attitude of people who are in company for more than 5 years Outdated technology Less Work Life Balance Leave policies are very poor Nothing is process oriented in organisation

      Okay to work if you don't have any good offer

      Salary is okay, it is based on client.

      Cons

      They don't have control over client. Even recognition depends on client. They are kind of puppet to their client and could hold your experience certificate if client doen't want to provide

      Flexible timings... Pic and drop service for western employees. Work culture is goos

      Cons

      Canteen not available. Provided lunch quality is not good. No payback.... Serve 3 meat months notice
