      If you sre fresher or SE tgen its s company you can learn and grow. Oppurtunitys will be available for short client site implementation. Greater responsibilities will be jeevan given early on.

      Too much politics nowadays. Poor technology growth and after some time redundant.

      Onsite opportunities are welcoming in the start of your career. They work more like a body shopper and one needs to make the best use of that.

      Cons

      Growth in this organization is absolutely minimal. Roles and other opportunities as a consultant are good for a start up and not for experienced professionals.
