      Only advantage is Salary that at the time of joining.

      Cons

      I wasted 2.5 years of my career at stupid organization. No HR policies. No one knows what is happening in the company. it looks like a family shop no professional culture at all. Account Managers not a worth to mention. They are dumb. they cant get a new client in 3 years.

      Managers are more than developers Lack of talented lead people some of Project Managers are neddy fellow flexible work timing

      Cons

      Managers are not behaving well clients have no problems but managers are showing so many work to the management not required more developers but managers are asking resource
