I work for HomeVantage Mortgage, a Division of Austin Capital Bank and have not for one moment looked back. There are so many opportunities in the mortgage industry during these times and I know that I made the right choice in every aspect. The culture is that of family! Senior Management understands work/life balance, provides effective communication, and developing their employees. The opportunities are vast and the benefits are incomparable.       Bank holidays, great PTO, fantastic benefits Management works hard and assists whenever you need them. Feel important and appreciated. Get to be a part of a company that is growing rapidly. Opportunities to move around the company are boundless.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Anyone with a complaint, obviously does not deserve a job here.
