Awesome place to work for anyone looking to be apart of a team.
Pros
I work for the HomeVantageMortgage division of this bank and have only great things to say. First off this company takes care of it's employees exceptionally and has amazing employee benefits (which are getting harder to find). This adds a lot of value to the company as it's easier to want to work harder when you know you're taken care of. This leads me to my second Point (and most importantly in my opinion)this company is a team driven company with great leadership that strives to make sure everyone feels apart of something greater while at the same time focusing on excellence and growth, not only company wide but on the individual and group levels as well. Another thing I love about my job is that I work remote( which not only saves me a commute) but also allows me to work from outside the metroplex and in the comfort of my own home.
Cons
Don't have much to say here LOL. Other than this industry can definitely be hard work with long hours at times, I really do enjoy job and working for this company.
