Pot lucks I guess. And also being free of prejudiced coworkers.

Cons

But what I saw with a lot of an equity. I had been condition my entire life to know how to buffer and ignore prejudices and Microaggressions, but when it was happening to innocent children there was nothing I could do. Ultimately I had to leave for my mental health. Principal and vice principal set up a toxic environment, built on racism and favoritism.

- Current administration is making cold decisions - Pay is too low for Austin living - Lots of lip service - Will choose to make sacrifices off the backs of teachers.
