Austin provided a wide arrange of opportunities to make advancement.The atmosphere was great and the employees pretty much was invisible during the day but was always visible for company functions.

Cons

Management was a bit unstable and was always working against one another making work difficult. Senior management was a bit under a power trip but his influence wasn't a factor with the overall job at hand.

Working with children is really rewarding. The possibility of helping underserved families and their kids has kept me enduring through my short career as a teacher

Even though the benefits are Ok the payment is not proportional with the amount of work done
