Some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The company is well organized. The training is thorough and efficient. And everyone is supportive of your growth.

Cons

It's a big company, you've got to travel to some other parts of Texas at times to treat patients, but it's for a good reason and the trips are fun.

Pros

The best pro about this organization is how friendly the whole staff is. Words can not describe how much of a family everyone is from the top to the bottom. We have paid holidays, every weekend off, a great learning program, great benefits and we have our management! This is truly a great place to work!

Truly there is no con about ARA

Pros

ARA has an awesome training program so you truly don't need any experience, it will be taught to you. Hours are flexible, pay is great, and most importantly, no toxic work environment. Mostly everyone is great! There really is room for advancement.

Cons

You know this when you interview but you do need to travel which can mean some long days, but great time to put in hours! The interview process was not fun for me.
