3yThank you for the honest review. Looks like you're no longer with Austin Retina and not sure when you left, but if you want to reach out to our HR department, we would welcome more feedback. We have made many improvements over the last 2 years and our Research teams are fine-tuned machines these days with highly engaged and bright staff! We truly believe we have one of the finest research teams in the country!

Our leaders in research are very supportive in their training and delegation and strive to never micromanage - so I'm sorry that was your experience. We have entered an exciting growth phase in research and many things have changed -- perhaps since you left things are different? Our research staff report high levels of engagement with the work and passion for our patients and that really is not an exaggeration. Nevertheless, not everyone has the same experience and I'm sorry yours wasn't up to snuff. We want everyone to have the opportunity to make an impact every day. Thank you for the honest review.
