Thanks for your honest review. We do love our physicians and they truly lead with integrity and skill, and each team member cares SO much about their work. It's true that some days are long and while we pay for lunch and for the car rides between locations, it is demanding at times for the technicians/medical assistants. We constantly look at pay equity and when we've found issues we move fast to correct them -- perhaps we missed the mark in your case? If you're still a current employee, we urge you to speak with someone that you feel you CAN trust and we promise to have an open convo about what could be done. From the CEO to the front office supervisor, there isn't one leader who doesn't have their heart in the right place but we know that doesn't always feel that way. We won't rest until every patient and every employee has the kind of experience with us that they can RAVE about.

We think our managers are a great reflection of that, but seeing your review makes us truly wonder how we can continue to get better for EACH person. Not everyone has the experience we want them to have and we won't rest until every patient and every employee has the kind of experience with us that they can RAVE about.
