Upper management seems sincere in their goal to support employees’ career growth and also make ARA a fun place to work. Employees are goal-oriented and quick to help each other. 40 hour max work week. Job security.

Cons

Everyone is willing to step in to train and help each other. There is a clear mission and vision from the director of research. Room for growth and learning. You really get out what you put into this job. High ethical standards in research here from all the staff. Tons of studies to work on, you will never be bored. Opportunities to travel to conferences and obtain certifications on the company dollar. I have always felt valued here.

Cons

It can be challenging to complete individual work because the office environment does not allow private workspace as there is no space for it. Recent restructuring in the leadership team so everyone is still finding their footing.
