Nepotism is alive and well in every department. Toxic work environment expecting everything and more and still underpaying. Cliquey Beholden to their investors massive over their employees. Massive disconnect between upper management and c-suite from talent and lower-level employees.

This is a systematically racist environment that profits off urban brands without having the appropriate representation within the company to ethically do so. My white boss told me one of the very few employees of color was unfit to represent the brand to potential partners. This person was perfectly capable and widely respected by our partners. ”Toxic environment” is an understatment. Open abuse, gossip, ineffective HR, intentional set ups, misguided business decisions like hiring all white people and referring to employees, licensees and retailers alike as ”idiots” is common practice. Do not let the smiling faces and flattering words during the interview fool you. It IS far WORSE than anything anyone has written here. Run.
