      Alice is an amazing supervisor. Flexible hours.

      Not enough training. Definitely a lot of burn out. Not enough appreciation shown to BT's.

We know how physically and mentally demanding the Behavior Technician role can be, and while it is truly one of the most rewarding positions, it can still take a toll. We have put together a lot of resources to anyone feeling overwhelmed such as additional support and training from your regional Field Trainer and/or direct Supervisor.
