Pros

Flexible, great professional development, and collaborative

Cons

California centered. If you are not from California you upward mobility is possible but less likely. The company is based in Cali

Thank you so much for all of your years of service! We are extremely appreciative of your dedication to the families you’re providing support to. We truly thrive on career progression for all of our employees across the country. We encourage it in a variety of ways including tuition discounts for continued education, excellent mentorship programs, annual reviews, pay reviews twice a year for Behavior Technicians, and advancement opportunities. While we are proud to have started so many years ago in California, we are committed to the families and employees in all 17 states that we currently support. Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback and we encourage you to continue the conversation with either your direct supervisor or HR, as we want to ensure you continue to feel heard!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are a passionate group that encourages great teamwork and a supportive environment. The dedication of our amazing employees is what sets us apart and what we believe makes us special. We do have many opportunities currently for our Behavior Technicians to work more hours, so if someone wasn’t interested in working part-time, they have other options. Thank you for helping to improve the lives of our families!

Thank you for being a part of the ALP family especially through this pandemic. This has been a difficult time for everyone, and we were faced with many challenges due to COVID. To be able to combat some of those challenges we were forced to make some tough decisions but luckily, we were able to return to “normal” in some ways, by the end of 2020. We currently do 2 pay reviews per year for our Behavior Technicians. We encourage you to continue the conversation with either your direct supervisor or HR, as we are committed to ensuring that you feel you are being paid fairly. That is a priority for us!
