Pros
Working with children and family and see your client grow. It is also nice to see that you are the reason for your client growth.
Cons
The training they give us is different from the actual job. I soon learned that supervisor are not supportive when they are supposed to. Your personal problems that are told to your supervisor are being spread to other advances behavior technician and other supervisors. I spoke with those behavior technician that left the company and they also said those were the main reasons they left.
