We want to ensure both our new and current employees feel a sense of belonging. To support our goals, we created an employee-run DEI Council to champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across the company. This group of current employees help build understanding and reduce stigma and discrimination, by examining and recommending changes to areas like communication, training, and recruiting. Though our DEI council is still fairly new, we’ve already seen several important initiatives as a result of their work, including an employee intranet hub and a monthly DEI newsletter.
