Thank you for this honest snapshot. We're glad the pay and client experience have been positive, and we hear you on the rest - hours, cancellations, drive time, and makeups are some of the most frustrating realities of field-based ABA work. Our Client Services team is always available to help reschedule canceled sessions and recover hours when possible, and our Guaranteed Work Program is designed to bring more stability when things get unpredictable. If there are specific challenges you'd like to flag, please don't hesitate to reach out to your regional team - we want to make this better for you.

It is tough job.

Pros

Kids are great, it could be fun, and there are moments that do make you feel good.

Cons

There is such bureaucracy to do things. Very easy to get lost in the shuffle of things. The system that you use to log data is awful. The support is there, but not super helpful.

Thank you for this honest feedback - and for staying. The kids and the moments that make you feel good are exactly why this work matters. We know CentralReach can be frustrating at times, and our IT team works closely with the platform whenever issues come up. Your feedback about bureaucracy and feeling lost in the shuffle is something we want to keep improving on. Please don't hesitate to bring specific concerns to your supervisor or reach out to your leadership team. Your experience here matters to us.
