Gained some more niche Microsoft skills (specifically with teams, outlook, and excel). Great for the resume.

Cons

Nationwide company based in CA so internal business is largely virtual. Limited full time hours. At the time, a lot of effort was put into outreach/getting new clients even though there were long wait times to begin services due to staff turnover.

Our clients are lovely, and I'm passionate in being able to help and support our clients.

Cons

I was very disappointed when I eventually realized that the leadership of Autism Learning Partners was incompetent and careless. When it comes to administrative work, our supervisors are ignorant and clueless about how to efficiently do things. Moreover, most of the leaders here do not genuinely care about our clients at all.
