- Great people, great human beings, doing the job for the right seasons - The scheduling team does their best to accommodate everyone's availability - The team does their best to support each other - A great learning experience * This review was based on a pre-COVID-19 environment
Cons
- Experience varies greatly depending on supervisor and director & families - Fact paced training may not be enough for inexperienced new-hires - When a client cancels you are expected to go out of your way to make up time - High turnover - Finicky logging software, not the best - Travel distances might severely impact income - The training may not be sufficient depending on the client
