Pros

The company really invests in professional development of its team members. This past year, the company hosted an in-house conference featuring Dr. Tarbox and flew all of the BCBAs in. CEU's are offered regularly. Also, because the company continues to grow, there are frequent opportunities for supervisors to become an Assistant Clinical Director of a new region. BTs can receive tuition reimbursement for pursuing their BCBA! ALP loves to offer in-house promotions.

Similar to other ABA agencies (hours vary, can be lots of driving, etc)

Pros

ALP is made up of really fantastic people who are dedicated to the mission and work hard to accomplish the company's goals. The leadership really cares about helping kids make progress and in being a company employees are proud to work for.

Cons

As any company that has experienced the kind of growth that ALP has, there have been some things that have fallen through the cracks along the way. The good thing is that there are always people to help support whenever there is a break down.

Cons

Many processes need to be updated and refined, but that is in progress now.
