Pros

Work with wonderful families and caring supervisors

Cons

Scheduling takes days to get back to you If a client cancels, you do not get paid and lose the hours if make-up is not possible No upward mobility without a Master's Degree. They expect you to cancel sessions for team meetings and do not help with make-up solutions for those hours Low pay even after working for the company for over a year Unable to get medical benefits unless you work 35 consecutive hours for 2 months but with client cancellations being a factor obtaining medical benefits is nearly impossible

Pros

It is humbling to serve. Good way to learn patience. Experience in a clinical setting. (Small) reimbursement for driving between clients. Bonuses throughout the year.

Cons

Lacking in training. Supervisors can be overworked giving BTs less support. It is an isolating job because there is not much contact between co-workers.

Pros

Responsive and communicative leadership, paid training, mileage reimbursement, competitive pay, company discounts

Cons

Training is a lot of knowledge thrown at you all at once, it can be an awkward start if you've never done this line of work before
