Pros

Worked at CLC branch. Case supervisors are very supportive. Clinical Director is hands on and approachable! Everyone is willing to teach each other. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and reach out. Cases can be very challenging, but in the end - the reward is all worth it! Offers many opportunities to learn more strategies and provides the tools you need to succeed in the field.

Cons

Scheduling is a bit of a nightmare. Worked there for over a year, and could not get a consistent 40h week scheduled and be considered full time for benefits. Requesting time off requires you to find your own cover. Usually 1:1 cases; can be very emotionally and physically exhausting. You only see your coworkers during overlaps or monthly meetings.

Pros

Friendly supervisors, great co-workers.

Cons

Not enough hours, especially during summertime. Low pay, no raise in hourly rate after almost 2 years.

Pros

1. Gained experience working in the behavioral psychology field. 2. Pay isn't all that bad. 3. BCBAs/supervisors, for the most part, are kind and patient individuals who provide constructive feedback to help you improve as a BT.

Cons

1. Training was subpar. When you are hired, training consists of watching hours of videos which were not very helpful. 2. Stressful work environment. 3. Work hours are not great.
