Pros

I get great feed back from my clinical Director, she's always quick to help and respond when I am in need of help or just have a question about certain programs. She makes sure my needs are tended to with my cases and ensure my supervisors are helping me out to the best of their abilities. The company is very flexible with my schedule and very understanding.

Cons

-there is sometimes mis communication between supervisors and scheduling. -When school is not in session hours are depleted until school starts up again.

Pros

I have been working with alp for 4 years now and I can say that this past year the company has grown then most. I think it all depends on who your supervisor is and seniors and how supportive they are. I have a wonderful supervisor and senior who truly cares about the children and the families. Alp had improved so much since I started working and I do believe that it's trying to become a better company for its employees.

Cons

Parents cancel without notification, schedule change due to parents and childs availability, summer and school schedules...like I said before if your supervisor isn't on top of things work can be very hard. One thing that I found the worst at time was dealing with the parents some parents think we are babysitter and some homes can be difficult to work in due to the environment of the home.

Pros

Everyone is willing to give advice and help when you need it especially when it comes to running programs or behaviors. Compared to the last company that I worked for, the communication is better between management and staff. You can receive supervision hours for BCBA

Cons

The system that we use to confirm our sessions ( you have to confirm your sessions in order to get paid)/ log in is slow to load
