3yStaff that are hired as hourly have a set schedule. Cancellations by staff and clients are out of the company's control. It is in the best interest of the agency that staff work hours to serve the families in need. We will not hire staff as full time salary or change staff classification to full time salary if they are not available for full time availability. If staff only want to work 5 hours a week, the request to be full time salary will be denied. Any discussion regarding pay must be brought to the appropriate department and not to Charles Rhee. There is a chain of command that was presented during onboarding. Staff are instructed to follow this hierarchy. Upper management are not required to attend social gatherings as they have thier own scope of work and duties that are assigned. We have an open door policy where staff can have a discussion with management and their supervisors. All discussions are documented. It is in the best interest of our agency to be open minded and promote positive change in areas of need but requests that do not promote the longevity of the agency such as not willing to work full-time hours and asking for full time salary will not be approved. We offer the best benefits plans but staff need to be full time status. Our agency also covers 50% for the staff and their dependents for all plans.
