I loved my team in the dep I was in. They made it easier to be in such a bad environment.

Cons

managers don't care. HR acts like they care but they just want to know what's going on just to be nosey but they don't do anything about it. I get it following protocol. Literally they get sued every other month it's ridiculous.

Good pay with little personal investment aside from patience.

Cons

On-Call can be brutal, always feels too frequent but larger branches don't suffer this issue in the same way. Work can get overwhelming, salary is not at all what you're making your money from, and the responsibility demands can catch up to someone not putting in the required effort.
