Pros

Most managers are great to work with. The team as well.

Cons

It’s very political and some Regional managers will take it personal and hold you back from success and not support you. Especially in the LA -Downey and orange county section. Fox will do everything in his power to fire you. They have a pip which impossible to compete. Even a manager can’t accomplish a sales pip.
