This is Franchise for New Orleans/Perry Eastman is CEO 1. The owners truly care about their employees! and decisions are made with the company, employees and customers in mind. Seldom in my work experience have I seen this. 2. The company does everything in its power to honor all commitments to customers and employees. 3. They look to promote from within, if you apply yourself and know right from wrong, there is tremendous opportunities for growth. 4. They have kept employees whole during this COVID crisis and the company has never had layoffs! 6. Because of the loyalty of the owners, the employees bleed blue and are tremendously loyal on the whole!!
Cons
1. Because the company is so cautious and prefers to error on the side of caution, sometimes it takes to long to make decisions on hiring and firing. 2. A little slow on technology, again preferring to error on the side of caution.
