Ehh take it or leave it it's just a job

Pros

Freedom to manage your own customer base. You get lots of outdoor time heading from one customer to another. A good media to practice and hone your technical skills. On the job training.

Cons

Lots of hours working say good bye to your family life. Lots of corporate politics and what seems like pre scripted corporate talk with Managers. Old buggy technology. Big clumsy inefficient trucks they make you work out of. Lack of trust or respect to the service staff, " they preach that were a family but honestly I've worked in many jobs and this is the least family feeling job I've worked at. Your either in the family circle or your just a servant to the family, no middle ground." On call sucks. however I know this is not specific to this company. If you take vacation expect to come back and have to do everything that was on route for the days you were off, on top of what's scheduled.

Pros

This company has amazing integrity. Most branches have a great culture. This is a family company that does take care of their Auto Chlor family. Most leaders care deeply about their team members. Benefits are very good as the company makes this a priority.

Cons

It's a different company based off where in the country you work. Some believe in servant leadership, some believe in authoritarian leadership. If you are in a place where authoritarianism is practiced, it has very real potential for creating a lack of longevity.
