Pros

Training with an outline, casual business attire or uniform. Rotating on call so you are able to enjoy down time. Profit sharing, 401k and voluntary savings plan are huge!

Cons

None. Report to branch at 7 or 8 depending on position, plan, prepare and get after it.

Company with strong market presence. Profitable business. Great product to represent. Overall decent people to work with.

Cons

Advertisements for sales reps to earn 70-90K first year can be misleading as it depends on territory. A true earnings opportunity is more like 45-55K. The sales training is not very strong. Many low priced competitors who are bottom feeders can take business, thus affecting your income.
