-Good benefits, pay is OK (though not really on par with similar jobs) -Very busy, which often causes the day to fly by -Most of the people that work there are pretty awesome

Cons

-Long hours, with no idea of the day length from one day to the next. Monday will be 8 hours, Tuesday will be 14. -A bad route supervisor can pretty much ruin this job for anyone -On-call can be ridiculous. A 1:30 am call somewhere 3 hours away on a work night is downright terrible.

Pros

Branch level management is a pleasure to work for. Active co workers that enjoy the jobs performed. Working environment is great as long as you pitch in and get the work done. Clear direction and expectations. Excellent benefits. The more you sell the more you make.

Cons

Some long work days. Constant sales and service pressure. Manager has OCD about cleanliness.
