Opportunity for advancement, great benefits, lots of responsibility, and the opportunity to go above and beyond and get paid for it.

Hard but fun work and occasional long hours (to be expected if hoping for advancement.

Pros

This family owned company will trust you with a huge amount of responsibility, at every level. This has allowed me to develop many talents and skills that I didn't realize I had. I have worked really hard, and some really long weeks, but I have received the recognition and pay to go along with it.

Cons

The employees attracted to this company are very ambitious and competitive. If you are not highly self motivated, focused and productive, it will be obvious and there will be nowhere to hide your results/performance.
