none, not unless you want to go to work for them and find out yourself.

Cons

do not waste your time, life is to short to waste your time with this company. I wasted a lot of time here but under the owners that started the company. they have sold off 2 or three times since the originally owners and is owned by a couple now that could care less but themselves. you would just be another number that they choose you to be. Sorry management with no opportunities to move forward. they just hired management outside the company to keep from paying moving expense to other qualified managers to fill an open position. Just a warning too all if you go to work for this company you will be SORRY....
