Pros

Great leadership, benefits are great in this economy, plenty of opportunity for growth if you are willing to work hard. Nobody asks you to do anything they have not or are not willing to do themselves.

Cons

Technology could use improvements and they are in the process of upgrading this, hiring process for lower level jobs should be less scrutinous than management level.

Pros

Training with an outline, casual business attire or uniform. Rotating on call so you are able to enjoy down time. Profit sharing, 401k and voluntary savings plan are huge!

Cons

None. Report to branch at 7 or 8 depending on position, plan, prepare and get after it.

Pros

Branch level management is a pleasure to work for. Active co workers that enjoy the jobs performed. Working environment is great as long as you pitch in and get the work done. Clear direction and expectations. Excellent benefits. The more you sell the more you make.

Cons

Some long work days. Constant sales and service pressure. Manager has OCD about cleanliness.
