Not bad pay if you can sell on a regular basis and trick your customers into signing 5 year contracts when getting annual price increases. Benefits are not bad. Able to spend 85% of your day with customers and only 15% with the terrible management.

Cons

The Management in Portland is unbelievably bad! However if you like being motivated by fear tactics on a daily basis and and you enjoy kissing butt or getting fired, you can do just fine here. You are viewed here more as a liability rather than an asset here.

Sometimes we run too lean, need to hire more people Hiring porcess is super selective and my referrals will not make the cut We need the day after Thanksgiving off too Wish Presidents Day was off not floating holiday Get rid of sick leave and get 3 weeks PTO
