Never worried about my job

Pros

Stability is great-never worried about having a job. Company has never done layoffs and I am making more the my other college educated friends. Lots of freedom as long as you take care of the customer and get things done in a 9 hour day.

Cons

Sometimes customers are hard to handle. Parking and traffic. Customers do not want to pay. We need to take credit card payments.

Pros

Fun work place, great coworkers, lots of freedom, stable company, owners show that they truly care about employees, fair pay, job is very easy after a couple years of experience.

Cons

Still wearing the same uniforms since the company started - looks like a 1940's gas station attendant! The market place has changed over the past 5 or so years and customers seem to care less about the value provided and only about what company is the least expensive.
