Solid company, solid product, solid people
Pros
Auto Chlor has a great culture. We always worked hard but had a good time. I was looking for a Sales opportunity with a solid company. Auto Chlor and I connected after a somewhat lengthy interview process. I read reviews of people complaining on here about that but I thought it was good. I don't want to work for a company that hires the next warm body! Auto Chlor has an excellent commission structure for the Account Executives. They provide everything you need to earn money. I just had to go out and put in the foot work. This position isn't for someone that wants to sit around and collect a paycheck. I stress, you must be willing to get out there. It was very lucrative for me earning around $1000 per contract signed. Some were more but I am being realistic. The team was fun too. Medical benefits, company car, profit sharing, vacation/sick/holidays.
Cons
I wanted to move into a management role to challenge myself professionally. At the time, their wasn't one available in Phoenix. Auto Chlor has a lot of branches but I didn't want to relocate. I took another opportunity when one came about.
