Great owners with genuine concern for employees! You will learn a great deal and every day is a new challenge.

Cons

Nothing really just typical negatives of being in the auto industry such as slow periods and the weather.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming

Cons

Gives false promises of growth in the company. The company no longer cares for customers and is doing all it can to cut costs. Screwing over employees and customers in the process. Management does not communicate decisions regarding changes to employees about their own department. Salaries are low. Does not clarify job expectations for roles until a problem in sales arises.

does not pay enough does not give overtime better yet when you get overtime they scratch it and just put the hours you supposed to work
